He is the member in N.C.T.E visiting team for on the spot assessment of Teacher Educational Institutions Regional level (Bangalore), Member - Board of studies (Education Pass Board) of Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Kalady. Working as an Academic councilor of IGNOU in CIG at Trichur study centre and academic councilor of B. Ed. Degree course of IGNOU in the Ferook and Mavelikkara IGNOU B.Ed study centres and working as a consultant of B.Ed. Degree programme of IGNOU, Kerala State. He published text book of B.Ed , Paper - I "Teacher in the Emerging Indian Society as per NCTE syllabus and Research on "Indian Handloom Industries" - Malayalam Book. He has attended seminars and Refresher courses organized by Keltron Ltd., University of Madras, N.C.E.R.T. workshop in Journalism, Methodology of woman education at N.I.E Campus New-Delhi. He attended refresher course in Education at Academic Staff College Mysore, Kerala University and Orientation training course at Centre for Cultural Recourses and Training (C.C.R.T) New Delhi. He have total 11 years of P.G teaching Experience in M.Ed level as Professor and five years teaching experience as Principal in a College of Education. He guided 88 M.Ed Dissertations of various Universities during 1991 - 1995, guided 43 dissertations of M.Ed of S.S.US., Kalady, Trivandrum. Guided 42 M.Phil Education of dissertations Annamalai , Madurai Kamaraj / Alagappa Universities.

Mrs. VIJI.K.VASU, M.Sc, M.Ed, M.Phil - Lecturer in Mathematics

She has attended National seminar on Globalization and state seminars conducted by the University and different colleges of M.G University. She has contributed the curriculum revision (2003 -2004) Mathematics. She is appointed as additional Examiner for Practical Examination of M.G.University. She handles Mathematics Education and Psychological bases of Education. She is actively working as staff secretary and coordinating all the works of the College as a senior faculty member. She is an active member of anti ragging and Woman redressal cell.

Mrs. MARIAMMA ANTONY(M.A, M.Ed) - Lecturer in Social Science

She has participated in many National and State level Seminars conducted by the College of Education , M.G.University. She has contributed to the curriculum revision (2003 - 2004) Social science and evaluation. She is also offering service as the Additional Examiner (Theory) and practical board, member of Mahatma Gandhi University. She handles Social Science Education and Elementary teacher education. She is the staff coordinator of Social Science League and active member of students advisory board and election committee. She is an active social worker in the Panchayath. Being the seminar most faculty member in the college, she is actively engaged in the woman redressed cell and anti ragging cell.

Mr. SURESH V.S - (M.A (Mal), M.A. (C.C.E),M.Ed., M.Phil. -Sr. Lecturer in Education.

He has attended in International conference, National level seminars, State level seminar workshops conducted in the Mahatma Gandhi University / Bharatidasan University etc. He is the Staff Editor of this college. He handles Philosophical Education in M.Ed course and Education in B.Ed. course. He has total 21 years teaching experience in school level, graduation level and Post Graduation level. He published poems written by him in various magazines.

Mrs. LINCY.P.TOM (M.Sc, M.Ed, M.Phil) - Lecturer in Physical Science

She has participated in many National and State seminars conducted by the M.G.University and various college of Education under M.G.University. She is the GTA (Guardian Teacher Association) secretary of this college. She is an active member of anti-ragging cell and acts as a member of the Women redressal cell. She handles Physical Science and Educational Technology. She is vested with the organization and conduct of various internal examinations of the college.

Mr.ANIL KUMAR. K .P (M.Com, ME.d, M.Phil)- Lecturer in Commerce

He completed M.Phil Degree in Education from Alagappa University, Karaikudi. He appointed as Lecturer in Commerce Education. He has participated in National and State level seminars conducted by College of Education - M.G.University. He has participated in one month Refresher Course in Commerce conducted by U.G.C at Academic Staff College, Kerala University, Thiruvananthapuram. He handles 'Special Education' classes in addition to Commerce Education. He is also offering service as an Additional Examiner (Theory) and Practical board, Member of Mahatma Gandhi University.

Smt.P.PADMA (M.A, M.Phil, M.Ed.) - Lecturer in Education

Smt. P. Padma having post-graduate in Economics and Education and M.Phil in 1992. She has M.Phil guide ship from Bhrathiar University (1999). She started her career as a teacher in a School at Salem, Tamilnadu, for five years. Then she was appointed as a Lecturer in Erode Arts College and Kuruppannan Nariappan College, Erode, Tamilnadu about six years. In economics, she handled Managerial Economics, Business Economics, Agricultural Economics and Economic Analysis. She has nine paper publications in teaching journals. In 2002, she has joined in Mangalam College of Education, Ettumanoor, Kottayam as a lecturer in Education. She has attended the curriculum revision committee for B.Ed for the year 2003-2004 of Mahatma Gandhi University and she has presented two papers. One is at National level in Kerala and another is at Regional Seminar (SSA) in Hyderabad. Now she was handling Modern Educational Practices for B.Ed students and Statistics, Social Science, Sociology, Psychology for M.Ed students. And she was given in charge of Technology Lab and M.Ed course.

She also handles art and craft work. She is also offering service as the additional examiner in the theory paper in Mahatma Gandhi University.

MANESH VARGHESE JOHN, M.A., M.Ed. - Lecturer in Social Science

He is doing M.Phil Degree in Education in Alagappa University, Karaikudi and M.A Philosophy from Madurai Kamaraj University. He has attended in International conference, National level seminars, State level seminar and workshops conducted in the Mahatma Gandhi University / Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirapalli. He was one of the coordinators of Mahatma Gandhi University sponsored Seminar on "HIV -AIDS Awareness, Sexual Holiness and Sexual behavior" organized by our Institution last year. He has contributed to the curriculum revision of Philosophical and Sociological bases of Education 2006 - 2007 of Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. He has contributed in the curriculum revision (2005 - 2006) of Social Science in Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. He is in charge of Extemporization, Morning Assembly of our Institution and one of the college coordinators of N.A.A.C - Council. He handles, Guidance and Counseling, Philosophical and Sociological Bases of Education in addition to Social Science Education

Ms. DEEPA.K .KARTHA (M.A, M.Ed, Doing M.Phil) - Lecturer in Education.

She has participated seminar conducted by NAAC for the accredited colleges. She is the coordinator of NAAC accreditation process in the College. She handles Social Science Education and Philosophical and Sociological Bases of Education. She is working as the warden of the Women's Hostel in this College. She is also offering service as the additional examiner in the theory paper of Mahatma Gandhi University.

Mr. SHONI THOMAS (M.Com. M.Ed., M.Phil), Lecturer in Commerce

He has completed M.Phil degree in Education on the topic "Effectiveness of Concept Attainment Model on Achievement in Business studies at Higher Secondary level". He has attended many National and State level seminars. He has participated in State level workshop on "Activity oriented Commerce Education". He was one of the Co-ordinators of University sponsored seminar on - "HIV - AIDS Awareness, sexual Holiness and Sexual Behaviour" organized by our Institution last year.

SIJJI JOSE : M.Sc., P.G.D.C.A, M.Ed [Lecturer in Mathematics]

She is currently doing her Post Graduate degree in Philosophy and Religion under Madhurai Kamaraj University. She has participated in International Conference, National level Seminars, State level Seminars, workshops etc. conducted by Bharatidasan University and Colleges of Education, Mahatma Gandhi University. Psychological Bases of Education and Theoretical Bases of Mathematics Education. She continues to render her service in Mangalam College of Education at Ettumanoor.

GIBY THOMAS (M.P.Ed) - Lecturer in Physical Education

He is doing M.Phil Degree in Physical Education. He has participated in many National and State level seminars conducted by College of Education, M.G.University. He has participated in one month Refresher Course in Physical Education conducted by U.G.C at Academic Staff College, University of Kerala. He has a member of Physical Education lesson plan preparation board. He is a state level Volley ball referee and he has participated many National level competitions. He handles physical education and Health Education classes. He also handles yoga, Aivobi etc.

Dr. Mrs. LEELA GOPIKRISHNA (MA (Litt), MA (Socio), M.Ed., Ph.D (Edn), formerly lecturer at the Dept. of Education, M.G University, Kottayam) -Senior Lecturer in Education M. Ed. Faculty

Formerly lecturer in the Dept of Education, M.G University for 4 years. Attended Seminars of State level and National level as a paper presenter, delegate and resource person. Specialized in the field of Special Education- Total 17 years teaching experience in the School level, Graduation level and Post Graduation level. Published articles in various research journals and dailies.

Mrs. RAJEENA. A (M.Sc , M.Ed., M.Phil) - Lecturer in Education

Started her teaching career as Lecturer in natural Science, UCTE Nedumkandom, Then she was appointed as Lecturer in natural Science in H.M Tanning College. She has participated in National Seminars conducted by M.G.University and different colleges of M.G.University. She handles Natural Science Education. She also handles art and craft work. She is also offering service as the additional examiner in the theory paper in Mahatma Gandhi University. she has presented two papers. Mrs. ASHA RANI. K. (M.Sc., M.Ed., NET) - Lecturer in Natural Science

Asha Rani.K having post graduate degree in Botany and Education, UGC-Net qualified in Education.
Started her teaching career as a Lecturer in Natural Science Karmala Rani College, Kollam in the year 1999 - 2000. After that she joined as Lecturer in Education at SNDP Yogam Training College, Adimaly in the year 2001 - 2002. She was handling Natural Science Education, Guidance and councelling, School organization, Environmental education, Educational Technology there. She was teaching Research Methodology in the M.Ed level in the College from 2005 onwards. At present she is working in Mangalam college of Education and taking classes in the B.Ed and M.Ed level.

SHIBI ELIZABETH JOSE : M.Sc, M.Ed, SET [Lecturer in Physical Science]

Shibi Elizabeth Jose have passed M.Sc Degree from Mahatma Gandhi University and M.Ed from Stella Matutina College of Education (Autonomous) of University of Madras. She has attended a U.G.C sponsored national seminar on 'Quality Indices for Teacher Preparation Institutions'. One year experience in Cluny Convent School at Cheppumpara, Kottayam is in her credit. She joined in this Institution as a Lecturer in Physical Science Education on 09.08.2006.
